How do I log a workout with QR codes?

Open the Workout Log tab and tap the scan icon. Point your camera at any Gympact-enabled machine to instantly load the exercise and your previous stats.

Can I train with friends?

Yes! Head to the Community tab to find your gym's leaderboard. You can celebrate wins, compare streaks, and stay accountable together.

My workout didn't save. What happened?

Ensure you have a stable connection when hitting "Finish Early" or "Complete". If the issue persists, check for an app update in the Store.

How do auto-fill weights work?

Gympact remembers your last successful set. When you start an exercise, we pre-fill your previous weights and reps so you can focus on training, not typing.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app. Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom to find the "Delete Account" button. You'll be asked to confirm by swiping to delete. This action is permanent and will remove all your data including workouts, programs, achievements, and profile information. If you need assistance, contact our support team.
