What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Workout history and exercise data
- Training programmes and progress records
- Gym memberships and class bookings
- Chat messages and media shared within the app
- Any trainer or gym owner data associated with your account
- Subscription and billing records (excluding records we are legally required to retain)
Important Information
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days of submission. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

You can also delete your account directly within the Gympact app by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
